To submit a request for 2024-2025, please include the following information. If you will be presenting at a conference and would like to request funds please send the following details to kirstencg@arizona.edu.

  • Name and location of conference
  • Abstract (if applicable, including authors list)
  • Indicate whether a poster or oral presentation
  • Dates of conference
  • Anticipated budget and amount requested
  • Other potential funding sources

Please note that you must be in good standing with the program to be eligible to receive funds.
